Our story
Two cooks, one beat up truck, a lot of butter
We started in 2016 with a used step van, a flattop, and a stubborn idea: a burger should taste like somebody cared. Marcus grinds fresh chuck and brisket every morning. Dee fries the potatoes twice, because once is not enough.
Ten years later we still park at the same market on Saturdays. The line is longer, the music is louder, and the burgers are better. Come hungry and say hi at the window.
