Our story
Care that knows your whole family
Dr. Elena Alvarez opened the practice in 2002 with one exam room and a simple idea: give people enough time. That idea still shapes every schedule we build.
Today six providers care for newborns through grandparents, with on site labs and telehealth for the visits that do not need a trip in. Your provider knows your history, and the front desk knows your name.
We are part of Riverview. Our team coaches here, shops here, and raises families here, and we treat your health the way we would want ours treated.
