Your first visit, made easy.
We are accepting new patients this week. Here is exactly what happens, so nothing about the first appointment feels like a surprise.

How the first appointment goes
Tell us about your pet
Book online or call. Share their age, breed, and anything you are worried about.
Send your records
Email past records to us, or give us the old clinic’s name and we will request them for you.
Arrive and settle in
Come five minutes early. Your pet gets treats, a slow hello, and a weigh in before the exam.
Leave with a plan
You get written next steps, prices, and a direct number to call with questions.
What to bring
If your pet gets nervous
Tell us when you book. We will give you a quiet room, keep the lights low, and skip the waiting room entirely if that helps.
Cats do better arriving in a covered carrier with a familiar blanket inside. Dogs do better hungry, because our treats work harder that way.
For pets who truly panic, we can send a gentle calming medication home to give an hour before the visit.
Common questions
How long is the first visit?
Plan on about forty minutes. We keep first appointments longer so we can go through your pet’s history properly.
Can I stay in the room?
Yes, for almost everything. We will only ask you to step out if a procedure needs a quiet, still patient.
Do you see same day sick visits?
We hold slots every day for urgent problems. Call in the morning if you can, and we will fit you in.
What does the first appointment cost?
A new patient exam is $68. Anything beyond the exam gets quoted and approved by you before we start.
Do you take payment plans?
We accept all major cards, CareCredit, and pet insurance reimbursement paperwork. Ask us at checkout.
Ready when you are.
Book online in about a minute, or call and we will find a time while you are on the phone.
